A refundable deposit
We plan to offer one controller per preorder for US customers, with a refundable deposit paid in USD. The amount has not been set. Joining the launch list does not reserve a controller and does not take payment.
Before you pay
We will publish the seller’s legal identity and address, confirmed controller features and supported setups, product photographs, total price, deposit, remaining balance, estimated shipping window, shipping charges, tax treatment, and full cancellation/refund terms before accepting live deposits.
The remaining balance
We plan to request the remaining balance separately when the product is ready. We will not automatically charge a saved card. Any shipping charges or tax payable at that stage must be disclosed in the sale terms before the deposit is taken.
Cancellation and refunds
The intended deposit policy is refundable before the final balance is paid. Final terms will state how to request a refund, how refunds are processed, and what happens if development or shipping is delayed. Requests will be handled through admin@ownalgym.com and refunded through the original payment provider. No live deposits have been accepted through this site at this stage.
Development and delivery
The controller is in development. No release or delivery date has been announced. We will not display a guaranteed shipping date while it remains unconfirmed. The paid launch terms will explain customer options if an estimate changes.
Sportswear
Sportswear is preview-only. Clothing orders and deposits are not available.
